The KaVo Kerr Preferred loyalty program has completed its first full year of operation.  Thanks to the interest and support from members like you, the program continues to expand rapidly.

In order to best serve our growing membership base, we would like to announce new updates to the program that will be taking place in 2019.

Key 2019 program updates:

• Loyalty reward points will provide 25% more value when redeemed for products in the Online Reward Catalog
• A new Online Rewards Catalog is available now featuring dozens of our most popular products
• Redeeming points for cash will continue to be a reward option for eligible customers
• Loyalty members will continue to earn 1-4% for every dollar spent on KaVo Kerr purchases; plus additional opportunities to earn bonus points on purchases made throughout the year
• Finally, in order to maintain an ongoing points balance, customers must earn at least 7,500 points in a calendar year

We are excited about these enhancements to the program and providing expanded benefits to participants.

The KaVo Kerr Preferred Loyalty Program remains unique in offering cash or product award redemptions for nearly all purchases made throughout the year.

The timing for the changes to program are as follows:

• The expanded Online Rewards Catalog is available now
• Changes to point redemption structure will be put in place on April 30, 2019
• Points will expire on December 31, 2019 for accounts that do not earn 7,500 points in 2019
